Each learner deserves the opportunity and resources to receive job-related and outcome-based training to enable him/her to do his/her job. MCD arranges and co-ordinates training in various fields through accredited training providers for clients who require specialist training.
MCD Training Centre (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2001 following the implementation of a privatisation programme in the Samancor group, which is part of the Billiton group of companies. The founders of the company, have extensive experience in training.
Even though MCD Head Office is Gauteng Province, MCD is able to render service to all South Africa’s nine provinces and the neighbouring countries. We are proud to renders service to wide variety of clients, big and small.
Learners accredited with this unit standard will be able to conduct basic rigging practices in accordance with legislative safety standards and job requirements. This includes the inspection, selection and use of slings and lifting tackle to safely lift, move and stack loads.
Rigging Course is offered by A Level Heights and Safety Training for all ages and skill level. Heights & Safety Training provide certified courses and training for First Aid, Health & Safety and Industrial & Workplace Activities.
Basic Rigging and Slinging training is offered by Innovative Shared Services. ISS is a registered and accredited training and consulting company, aligned with a number of national bodies.
Basic Rigging training is offered by AETA Training Solution. AETA Training solution (Pty) Ltd. Was registered in 2014 as a training provider to assist companies in South Africa to legally comply with legislation. Our management team has more than 20 years’ of experience in the field.
