Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) has become fundamental to the practice of planning, management, and the operation of a business as a basic form of risk management.

The risk assessment process should be continuous and should not be regarded as a one-off exercise. It should be simple enough to be used by small and medium industries and versatile enough to be used by all in various economic sectors, either in the manufacturing sector, construction sector, or any other economic sector.
