This two-day intensive course will equip QA/QC & HSE personnel with the required skills to construct, utilize and interpret data from the multiple Quality Control tools.

Learn with hands-on practical case studies with how the Seven Quality Control (7QC) tools which was introduced by first TQM Guru, Dr. Kaoru Ishikawa can be used and adopted in the PDCA problem-solving model.

This course will enable you to effectively apply the right tools to improve the quality of products and services of your organization. Problem solving is a universal competency that applies to every industry and organization.

The 7 QC tools are structured and fundamental instruments that help businesses improve their quality management and production process for achieving enhanced product quality & safety.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will have a working knowledge of effective root cause analysis. This workshop will be supplemented with classroom exercises to strengthen the participant’s understanding of the methods presented.
