Root Cause Analysis Training

Akshar Management Consultant Gladly announces the successful completion of ‘Root Cause Analysis’ training for corporate client Transpek Industries Limited, Ekalbara. The training was conducted on-site for one full day.

The training comprised of various exercises as well as interesting case studies which kept the participants engaged and engrossed in the session.

The session was carried out by our enthusiastic team, the content of the training aimed at understanding better techniques to get a better hold of the concept of deviation and determining the various factors that might have caused them.

The participants are made clear for identifying and addressing the sources of issues and faults so that fundamental causes may be addressed and the resulting problems can be removed permanently.

Various proactive methods were included in the training session such as Failure Modes & Effective Analysis (FMEA), fish bone diagram method, why why analysis, tree analysis, Measurement System Analysis (MSA) etc for better and effective performance of participants in order to determine root cause analysis for any deviation.
