On the one hand the restrictions, demands and skills challenges facing businesses with regards to constant changing industry requirements and skilled labour shortages and on the other hand the high youth unemployment rate and skills related barriers to the job market entry.
What we have learnt, is that in this environment with so many industry sector codes, continuously changing legislation, and variables such as affordability, convenience, quality learning etc. one size does not fit all. As a result, Acedeme Group was established to meet the increasing demand for affordable, flexible, and high quality, occupational education, training and skills development in South Africa.
To achieve this, we partnered with a network of partners composed of regional training organizations, academic institutions, and consulting firms that are recognized as quality leaders in their respective markets.
Hand and Power Tools training is offered by All Risk Management. As a training academy we prioritize on application when transferring skills as the key focal point rather than just offering certification.
Learn how to maintain occupational health,safety and general housekeeping at NQF level 3 and 8 credits. Training duration is 80 notional hours.
Working on Heights training is offered by OHS Extreme. OHS Extreme opens a new concept where we now do total project safety management including special event safety management.
Electrical Safety training is offered by Dibama Supplies CC. Dibama Supplies CC is hands on in all the acquisitions it makes. Its value-add strategy is underpinned by the desire to expand the business and create more opportunities for all employees, including jobs for the unemployed.
