SAT General

The SAT is typically taken by high school (Year 12) students aspiring to pursue a Bachelor's degree in the U.S. The test assesses critical thinking skills that students need for academic success. It is accepted in nearly every college in the U.S.

There is no qualifying benchmark, though the entry requirements differ from institution to institution.

SAT General Test (SAT 1)

Measures the verbal and mathematical reasoning abilities of a student which they have developed over a period of time. SAT 1 has three sections, namely Critical Reading, Mathematics and Writing and takes 3 hours and 20 minutes to finish. The highest score that can be received on the SAT 1 is 2400.
