After successful assessment has been completed candidates will be able to explain the principles of fall arrest rescues and perform rope maneuvers, select equipment for advanced fall arrest rescues, explain the requirements for equipment inspections and conduct fall arrest rescues.

Manual Handling course is offered by SHEilds ZA. This course covers safe handling and lifting techniques along with an overview of both practical and mechanical aid solutions. This is an awareness only course and if your duties include manual handling you should seek practical training.
