India’s Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005 (PSARA), was created to improve private security standards in the country by issuing licenses to security companies. It also sets minimum standards for security guards, such as 160 hours of training before deployment.

The Board and Management at OSSIM is experienced in the field of Private Security and understand the subject. OSSIM has State of the art training institute, situated in Chandigarh, with all facilities for training security.
It can train several hundred security personnel in various disciplines simultaneously, on site, in Chandigarh, and can even provide training at client’s site.
A modern security guard cannot afford to be only physcially fit, but needs to be euipped with necessary skill and ability to perform his job in the most professional manner. Classroom training brings the best out of the security personnel and gives him the confidence to get through his daily job.
Security Guard Training is offered by JTC ( Jano Training Centre). The Delegates train and learn by doing. Our Instructors, fully qualified, do more than just lecture they proactively get involved in raising the competency level of all Delegates.
