Sewing Class (Beginner)

Our beginners sewing classes are perfect for those who would like to know how to use a sewing machine but do not know where to start.  From threading a needle to filling a spool we have a number of beginners sewing projects to get you started.

There is much joy and satisfaction that comes from being able to say “I made that” so what better way to get you started than with this great sewing course designed for beginners or as a refresher for those who have not sewn for many years.

During this sewing course, you will learn sewing machine basics such as how to thread your machine, how to sew in a straight line and how to create a seam. There will be plenty of time for practice and step by step demonstrations throughout.

Next,  you will complete two simple projects. You will be guided gently into the different stages of each one which will allow you to learn at your own pace. We allow two weeks for each project.
