Short Course in Digital Transformation

By the end of this course, learners will be able to identify existing technological trends and its benefits, identify available digital tools to improve existing company processes, and identify a low-level change that can be implemented in the workplace to improve business processes and outcomes. The objective of the course is to provide an overview of available technology, and guide participants to go through a reflection process on how technology can improve existing business processes thus leading to the digital transformation of a business.
