Graduates of this program will be prepared for entry-level employment in a salon, spa, brow bar, resort hotel, or plastic surgery or dermatological clinic as a skin care specialist.
For those who wish to take Skin Care as a separate program, it must be combined with Fundamental Makeup Artistry in order to meet all state curricular requirements.

Cosmix is a post-secondary vocational school specializing in makeup artistry training. The school was founded in 1997 as a makeup artistry training center and wholesale showroom.
Growing demand for specialized makeup training stimulated conversion to a school, licensed by the Commission for Independent Education of the Florida Department of Education and accredited by the ACCSC (Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges).
The school’s founding philosophy emphasized educational excellence and began by assembling a team of accomplished artists, each a specialist in a particular area. At many schools, only one instructor teaches the entire course.
