Our Level 3 Social Media for Business Apprenticeship supports learners in developing various digital media skills that can be transferable across many sectors, supporting a range of businesses to create an online brand.
It will equip learners with the skills knowledge and competency to support business systems, processes and services through social media so they can contribute to making businesses more efficient and productive.
This course is suitable for
This Apprenticeship is for learners looking to develop their skills and knowledge of Social Media practices.
Learners range from small to medium business owners who wish to work on their online branding through website creation and social media marketing, to larger businesses that are supporting a new member of the marketing/media team who needs to develop their Social Media for Business knowledge.
What you will study
Learners will be required to undertake a mixture of mandatory units and optional units (we will work with you to decide what optional units are relevant to your role, and your business).

In this course, we will examine how Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube work, how several different sectors use them, and how each channel can be used to its full potential.
This module will help you to create and deliver effective mobile marketing campaigns. You will cover the concepts and trends underpinning mobile marketing, and take an in- depth look at SMS campaigns and mobile optimized websites.
This one day course will cover a number of areas of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
