Our curriculum is the result of a powerful collaboration between Mr Jimmy, our Curriculum Advisor and current MOE school teacher, and Mr Eugene Toh, the founder of ETG Humanities. Mr Jimmy brings his wealth of knowledge from his NUS History Honours degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) at NIE to ensure our curriculum is in line with the latest MOE syllabus. This expertise, combined with our dedicated team of Masters degree holders, ensures that our students receive the highest quality education possible.
As part of our commitment to providing a comprehensive learning experience, we have developed our own exclusive, aesthetically pleasing, and full-colour textbooks for both O Level Social Studies and Elective History. These beautifully designed in-house textbooks are not available to the public, ensuring that our students have access to unique and specialised resources tailored to their needs. Each year, students enrolled in our programme will receive 2 books for Social Studies and 2 books for History.

Mr Toh founded Economics at Tuitiongenius in 2007. He originally began tutoring students in Economics on a 1-1 basis in 2007. But within a year, he gained a significant following and moved on to do group tutoring due to overwhelming demand.
Since then, the ETG family has grown sizeably, with him tutoring around 200 students on an annual basis.
Mr Toh was the Managing Director for multiple tuition centre chains in Singapore, managing more than 30 tutors at one point.
His students generally do well in JC Economics with at least 6 months of tutoring, with most going on to place >90th percentile in school examinations. But beyond just exam-readiness.
Mr Toh strives to help students learn the value and relevance of Economics - to help them make use of Economics in understanding their world and experiences better.
Aside from tutoring A Level Economics, Mr Toh currently manages a group of education businesses which include the Eugene Toh Education Group, Genius Plus Academy & Economics at Tuitiongenius (ETG).
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Mr Toh graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor in Economics and then later on went to complete a Masters degree in Economics from Singapore Management University (SMU).
Mr Toh has also completed an executive Masters of Business Management from the Quantic School of Business & Technology. It is Mr Toh's plan to continue to further his studies and he hopes to do something meaningful & challenging next.
