This program has been designed for those individuals who wish to be employed as beauty/day spa specialists specialising in body treatments, providing a broad range of treatments and services including body treatments, body massages, spa therapy treatments, aromatherapy massage, Indian head massage and re?exology.
Students must have undertaken the Provide body massage SHBBBOS002 and Provide body treatments SHBBBOS003 units or equivalent before commencing this program. Work is typically conducted in beauty salons and day spas.
The Body Specialist Program may be a stepping stone to a full Diploma of Beauty Therapy (SHB50115).
