Developed by Sproule and offered in partnership with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), this complete 5-day course presents the foundational components and techniques of evaluating global oil and gas properties.

By the end of this course, participants will fully understand the evaluation process, where to source the appropriate data, how to evaluate an oil and gas property, how to interpret evaluations done by others and, ultimately, how to make sound investment decisions.

The course lecture material is supported by a number of workshop exercises. This course is worth 4.0 Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) through SPE Canada. This course will be taught in person in Calgary, AB.

This course is focused on the technical aspects of reserves determination and is designed for engineers, geoscientists, land professionals and technologists interested in understanding the process and results of evaluating oil and gas properties.
