• Launched India’s First Job Role for Street Hawkers to make them earn their livelihood better. Launched Self Employed Retailers Job Role created by RASCI. Trained, assessed and Certified 3000 candidates
• Tie ups with Gems & Jewellery Skill Council of India to train and create an awareness & scope in the Jewellery Retail Sector
• Tie up with Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council of India to train and create awareness & scope in Beauty Sector. Trained more than 1200 candidates to become Assistant Hair Stylist
• Tie ups with Telecom Sector Skill Council of India to train and create an awareness & scope in the Telecom Sector

2015

• Trained More than 50000 candidates and given a successful to career to atleast 70% of the candidates.
• Tie-up with Universities like SMU, MGU to provide Distance Education to the needy ones
• Tie up with Retailer’s Association Skill Council of India under STAR Scheme and trainer more than 500 candidates for Retail Sector

2012

• Network expanded to Sigra, Varanasi- covering all the major locations of Varanasi.
• Launched Courses in Beauty Sector.
• Tie-up with DGET for MES Scheme for skill development.

2010

• Started with one more branch in Lahurabir, Varanasi
• The benchmark of successfully training more than 25,000 candidates in various sectors like IT, Finance, Retail, Designing, Animation, Hardware & Networking, Telecom etc placing making more candidates ready for the competitive market

• Started with one more center in Manduadih, Varanasi.

Our Approach
Traditional skill development models, quite often, fail to achieve their objectives due to rapid advancements in technology and work practices, changing consumer expectations, lack of alignment between supply and demand of different types of resources, and most importantly, lack of a coherent strategy.
