Standard First Aid incorporates all Emergency First Aid, designed for those who require an in-depth understanding of first aid. CPR "C" covers all aspects of CPR skills for adults, children and infants.

Our childcare program allows people of all ages to learn how to handle various childhood emergency situations in a practical and easy-to-follow way.
First Aid/CPR Training is designed to instruct the skills necessary to provide immediate care and assistance to an ill or injured person until more advanced care can be obtained.
This First Aid Training Quebec course was developed by the Heart and Stroke Foundation to help anyone react in a timely and appropriate manner in case of emergency.
Our courses are in compliance with provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and include the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.
Candidates will also receive a separate Heartsaver CPR wallet card after successful completion of all CPR skills.
