Standard First Aid incorporates all Emergency First Aid, designed for those who require an in-depth understanding of first aid. CPR "C" covers all aspects of CPR skills for adults, children and infants.

The courses in this program teach the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed.
This course includes CPR C and AED. Approved by the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a two day training course, which is similar to Standard First Aid/CPR.
This is a Blended Learning Training Course. The self-paced, online session must be completed prior to the in-class session, and the certificate of completion for the online session must be brought to the in-class skills session.
This course is recognized by the Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Advanced Education.
