In today’s era when the attention span of the young ones is wavering, and books aren’t able to entertain them enough, reading is perceived to be a burdensome activity.

Gunjan Kapadia Chatterjee
Many of us are rats in a rat race scurrying along a set path. I, Gunjan Kapadia Chatterjee, am also a rat that joined this race 25 years back. I’ve always had this little dream of doing something of my own. I completed my post-graduation in management and joined the financial world; It did not appeal to me.
I quit the money world and moved to e-learning. Here, I started working with some very empowered and innovative people who taught me the different nuances of imparting knowledge. I learnt about the different theories of learning like Bloom’s Taxonomy and ADDIE’s model.
I even learnt about curriculum planning, module development, and techniques of reinforcement. To take my passion to the next level, I joined a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program in Delhi University.
After graduating, I joined a school and tried to bring all my previous experiences and all my learnings to the classroom. After a few years, I ventured out on my own and started Exploring Expressions – the fruit of my labour and passion!
