This course provides participants with a working understanding of classic frameworks in strategic management and introduces a selection of new thinking in this area.
Course Content
The course engages students in new ways of thinking and reflection on established concepts in strategic management. It develops capability in deploying strategy frameworks effectively so as to undertake and communicate strategic analysis and recommendations. The course promotes an understanding of strategy that is based on an international outlook. It facilitates organizational leadership by attending to current challenges as well as the long-term sustainability of the organization.
Lectures are in person, on campus. Lectures are recorded and have no restrictions on recording availability. Lecture recordings are intended as a useful supplement to learning but not as a full substitute for lecture attendance.
