A one day training programme that enables attendees to manage their stress levels more effectively, by addressing the two major causes of pressure at work – insufficient time and dealing with difficult people.
Stress management is the learning of techniques to better manage stress and anxiety. This coaching course uses evidenced-based techniques in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness.
During this course you will gain a greater understanding of stress and its impact upon our minds and bodies. We will explore the importance of maintaining our own wellbeing and resilience in order to prevent illness, absence from work and burnout.
