Aintree Training Certificated Courses
These courses are certificated by us and delivered face to face by a trainer, on site at a location of your choice. We can also deliver most information and theory-based courses by live trainer video link if you choose. If you do not have a training venue available,

Who we are:
Aintree Training Limited is a professional, experience led independent Training provider based in the North West of England. Our primary service delivery area covers the North West and North Wales areas but are also available for UK wide delivery upon arrangement.
Our Director and Principal Trainer Christopher Jones, has full Qualified Teacher of Learning and Skills Status (QTLS) forming his UK Licence to Practice. He is also a Health and Social Care and management expert by both frontline experience and qualification. After working within the areas of frontline health and social care and mental health support for 16 years, where he also met his partner (who is Aintree Trainings Director of Customer Services) they set Aintree Training up to provide quality training and assessment services that actually meet the needs of the staff and organisations that work within public facing roles and services of the UK.

This one-day workshop looks at the potential causes of stress at work and how to develop practical ideas and coping strategies to avoid unnecessary stress, manage symptoms and promote ongoing wellbeing to overcome stress and perform effectively under pressure.
We also work to help people improve their financial capability by delivering workshops to schools, colleges, and workplaces across Scotland.
