  • Master trainer Stan Lee has over 26 years of industrial, educational and international marketing exposure and experience in various top management positions from established multinational corporations. In his capacities, he has been planning, formulating, leading and implementing marketing initiatives at the strategic level, championing customer care in the hospitality and service sectors and best practice frameworks in manufacturing from a simple 5S’, Six Sigma to TQM specifically for the SMEs’. He has been appointed as a certified professional trainer for the executives’ development programs under the PSMB approved programmes. His area of training also includes Customer Service, Strategic Marketing, and Quality Management. He has also lectured at the established institutes, local colleges and universities for their degrees and postgraduate programs. His research interests are in the Strategic Management and Management of Change fascinates and pushes him to seek key performance tools to assist organizations to perform better and achieve bottom-line results. Stan Lee holds an MBA from the University of Portsmouth, U.K., the Engineering Council, U.K in Materials and Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Manufacturing in JIT from JAMA (Japan). He is also a Charted Marketer from CIM (UK) and a Cert. IV of the NSW Vocational & Training Accreditations Board (Australia). He has extensive exposure as a practitioner and training particularly in the Asia Pacific Regions continuously adds value by keeping abreast with the latest techniques to the programs being conducted. The ability to translate complex frameworks into simple actionable steps that deliver practical result and a knack of making the session enjoyable and fun at the same time ensures impactful learning (shifting mindset) that makes Stan Lee a sought-after trainer.
