This course will provide students with an understanding of the learning processes for literacy, numeracy, and science as they are presented in the Alberta Program of Studies.

Students will also examine the developmental stages for literacy, numeracy, and science learning. Practical strategies to support classroom instruction and for adapting instructional materials to meet the needs of students will also be a focus of this course.
