During this course, you’ll learn a full body routine, back, neck, shoulders routine plus Indian head massage, face massage and hand and foot massage. You’ll also learn self care for the therapist, such as correct posture and techniques to save your thumbs and hands so you can do this work for many years to come.
This Swedish massage course is only in-person classes, either 2 full day classes or 4 morning classes. If you feel you would require more classes to gain your confidence, that can be arranged, at R700 per day per class. Classes are held in Bloubergstrand, Cape Town.
The course includes a detailed manual and certificate of completion.
This course is suitable for beginners, no special requirements necessary.
