Tap dance classes are offered by Dynamite Studios. We have developed a unique culture where each student feels valued and has a sense of belonging.
Tap dancing is one of the oldest and most famous types of dance. Tap dancing is a lively and rhythmically driven style in which the performer is both dancer and percussive musician.
Tap dancing demands a sense of timing and rhythm. Students develop strength and stability in the upper body to contrast the speedy footwork.
Dynamite Studios (DSA) is proud to be the Gold Coast’s only Registered Training Organization for Dance and Musical Theatre offering practical performing arts qualifications designed and delivered by experienced industry professionals.

Our tap lessons are choreographed to the latest music and tapping trends.
Tap is intricate and perfect for those who love a challenge.
Our students work towards exams annually as well as modern and fun style choreography.
This lively, rhythmic tapping makes the performer not just a dancer, but also a percussive musician. Tap dancing is a vital part in a child’s dance education due the rhythmical factor involved, helping them to develop an acute sense of musicality.
TJS Dance Academy prides itself on its versatility through providing a wide range of styles to all of our students. Students are encouraged to take part in our Tap classes taught by our incredibly talented, and experienced staff.
