A new style of Tap dancing. Street Beats is a fun and energetic class, involving tapping “street” style as well as body percussion.
We teach both freestyle tap focusing on timing, light and shade, style and performance and for the technical elements we teach a more traditional style of tap.
Tap is a technical based class that usually runs for around 45 minutes for the Junior age group. This class focuses on both classical and Industrial style tap. Students will learn different skills from our Tap syllabus while focusing on gaining coordination, ankle strength and confidence.
