This course consists of two modules that will focus on fare and ticketing principles for air travel within Canada, the United States and Transborder, i.e.) travel by air between Canada and the United States.
Basic ticketing guidelines and issuance procedures, and as well as interpretation of governing fares and rules will be presented and discussed.
