Our mission is to put the soul back into the city, to foster community, and to integrate complementary and preventative health practices of healing.

Tanjeryne Hoffman, Denise Walker, & Amy Quist began their entrepreneurial journey together by taking over Lucid Yoga, a yoga collective located in downtown Edmonton at Homestead Coworking. Their passion for serving the community quickly outgrew their space at Homestead.

Inspired by the value of a collaborative co-working space for entrepreneurs, they became motivated to create a niche co-working space for wellness practitioners and yoga teachers. When a commercial location became available in January 2020, they jumped at the opportunity to expand and create a hub focused on community and wellness for all.Tanj,

Denise, & Amy share a vision that goes beyond yoga classes. Their own healing journeys have taught them that wellness must be holistic and multi-faceted.

They created City & Soul to bring together a potent range of healing modalities with an intention that is twofold: 1) support small business owners, 2) provide our communities with tools and resources to increase well-being and resiliency with sustainability at the forefront of everything they offer.
