Welcome to The Care School
We are the most passionate care training courses provider in our region and the only one stop shop for care training in the country.
Teaching skills for care is our core business and all of our trainers have previously been care staff. This means that we are often the first choice, due to our diverse range of care courses and experience gained.
We provide care training courses for residential staff and domiciliary care staff and we work closely with the learning disabilities sector & the mental health sector. We specialise in working with the most vulnerable people in our communities.
We also deliver training in nursing and hospice care settings.
Our staff all have professional qualifications and deliver the best training within the sector.
It is also suitable if you wish to progress to Higher Education and are studying the Certificate as part of a wider programme of study. Completion of this qualification is achieved through classroom based learning and supported by placement in a real work environment.
All children and young people deserve to be safe and well cared for within a safe and protective family. However, unfortunately this is not always the case.
Brightside Carers prides itself on its recruitment process followed by a robust training programme. Our care staff are fully equipped with the knowledge and practical skills required to deliver high quality care for you or your loved ones.
If you’ve successfully applied for a care assistant role and have not already gained a Care Certificate, you’ll undergo care assistant training as a prospective carer as part of your induction.
The Care Certificate was presented to: Substitute the Common Induction Standards (CIS) and National Minimum Training Standards (NMTS). With that achieving learning outcomes, competences and standards that will ensure care quality standards.
