Overview:

This course is instructor led and can be broken down into three two-hour webinars to be undertaken in one session or as series of separate bite-sized sessions to suit the candidates’ timetable. This course treats time as a resource. All too often it is squandered on inefficiencies in our business and social lives.

Planning and realistic goals are good foundations to time management but that is only the beginning of the learning process. Throughout the course, candidates are given a series of timelines and hard deadlines throughout the course. They will witness the effect of time deficits and pressures and in doing so are shown techniques to mitigate these negative effects.

Techniques and tips from a variety of time critical industries are demonstrated and used by the candidates. The course shows the natural tendency to underestimate the length of time required to carry out the most mundane business tasks and then goes on to shown how to run their own ‘head-clock’ in estimate then timing activities.

The enhanced awareness of time and the increased skill in its use as a business resource makes the course time well spent.
