Total Quality Management (TQM)

The main goal of the kaizen philosophy is to improve quality and productivity while reducing waste. This is achieved through continuous small – and often relatively simple – measures and actions. Kaizen is a daily process, the purpose of which goes beyond simple productivity improvement.

This program is to guide and change the requirements of ISO 9001 and explain the steps required to be implemented by the organization. It is designed for anyone involved in the preparation, implementation, maintenance and improvement of a Quality Management System.

This 2-day course is designed for participants to be aware of the requirements of incident investigation and learn how to build a timeline of events leading to incidents, then use the tripod beta methodology to analyze the agents, objects and events in incident analysis.

This course covers the process approach to quality management systems and auditing, the eight quality management principles, the requirements of ISO 9001 (and guidance in the accompanying document 9004), and how to plan, complete and report the audit of an entire quality management system.
