That promotion requires them to get others to work to that standard. Understanding how people learn and how to successfully train them will unlock this potential and deliver consistency of standards.
Course Objectives
On completion of this course delegates will be able to:
Write specific objectives and measure achievement of the objectives
Be able to design and conduct a training session using instructional techniques and appropriate visual aids
State benefits of alternative learning methods and recognise situations where they could be employed
Form Of Assesment
Candidates will be observed delivering a five-minute presentation and will be assessed based on the key concepts of the programme. Candidates will also observe and provide feedback on the other group members’ presentations. On successful completion of this course, you will receive a Trainer Training certificate.

What are Individual Training Accounts (ITAs)?
A Skills Development Scotland Individual Training Account (ITA) is money for you to put towards the costs of employability-focused learning or training.
What can they be used for?
Eligible applicants could receive up to £200 towards a single training course episode per year. There are loads of courses geared towards helping you get a job or progress in your career.
Who are They For?
You could be eligible for an ITA if you are:
Aged 16 or over and living in Scotland
Not currently in education or involved in any other SDS funded programme
Unemployed and looking to get back into work, OR
Employed, earning less than £22,000 per year and looking to progress in, or change your job
