Various activities are offered to participants according to their instrumental level and their age group (group lessons, private lessons, chamber music, orchestra, concerts, games, sports activities, theater, swimming pool, etc.)
Violin lessons can begin for students as young as five years old, Cello or Viola at seven years old. We also have Double Bass lessons available. Lessons for Adults available.
Viola classes are offered by Suzuki School of Music Hamilton. Offering instruction by qualified teachers. Currently offering lessons both in-person and online!
During your first few weeks with STEP, the parent, too, will learn the basics of how to play and care for the instrument, all to better support your child's musical education
Our string instructors will teach all styles of music, from learning to play by ear to reading music
In-person & virtual music classes, lessons & ensembles for ALL ages, abilities and aspirations happen here, at the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra School of Music.
