With over 15 years of experience, Jamie Grunwell and his dedicated team help implement health and safety systems that minimise risk and maximise worker safety. GoSafety lead positive change to managing risk in our civil construction Asphalting business.
Jamie developed a very practical and easy to use process with lots of pictures that makes it easy for the staff to use on a daily basis. I liked their approach of keeping it simple to manage the risk.

This course provides students with an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a fire and emergency warden, as well as factors involved in the safe evacuation of a workplace or site in an emergency.
We deliver realistic training for industry and the general public. Training is on our site or at a venue to suit the group. When you come to our site, we have a number of realistic fire scenarios set up. After a short classroom session and demonstration.
This includes theory training session and certifications valid for two years, complying with legislation.
We take fire safety seriously and have invested in the latest equipment, including a live fire simulator tailored for hands-on training. Firewatch Tauranga has been providing business fire protection services for over 30 years, and all courses are led by qualified fire safety technicians.
People credited with this unit standard are able to demonstrate knowledge of evacuation requirements for a particular workplace or site, and explain the duties of a Fire and Emergency Warden.
