Confined space work involves some of the most critical hazards in the oil and gas industry. This course is offered online or in classroom through the Energy Safety Canada Authorized Training Provider (ATP) network.
Upon successful completion of this course the learner will: Understand where to locate legislation used in Ontario governing ?the storage, handling and use of chemicals Describe the purpose and functions of the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change Describe the purpose behind the GHS
This course is intended for all workers in the petroleum industry who may be exposed to hydrogen sulphide (H2S).
This Respirator Protection Training session is focused on the importance of proper respirator protection, the selection of the appropriate mask for the workplace, inspection of the mask, proper mask fit and seal test, cleaning and storage of the masks
This course complies with the most recent legislations, Manitoba Workplace Safety and Health Regulations Part 16 and CSA Z460-13 (R2018) Control of hazardous energy - Lockout and other methods.
