Course Details

As with the one-day course, multiple elements of working at height will be covered, with the difference being that the advanced course prepares those working in the height world for rigging suitable systems for a range of tasks. The focus is on individuals understanding common risks and utilising systems to mitigate these risks.

Participants will identify suitable anchor points, safely rig and use fall prevention systems, proficiently inspect height safety equipment, and learn to understand the use and limitations of a wide range of equipment and techniques. We also strongly emphasise on rescue planning and rescue techniques, which, after living and breathing in the industry for many years, is something we really encourage and practice in.

Our instructors are skilled, knowledgeable, and passionate rope access technicians with well-rounded experience, enabling them to cater the course to suit each participant’s needs and share their wealth of knowledge.

On completion of this course, participants will be able to competently and safely install and utilise fall arrest systems and safe work at height practices.
