Marlin Environmental Services was established in 2003, harnessing 30 years’ experience in serving specialised segments of marine and industrial markets at dockyards and locations throughout the UK and beyond. We have evolved our services over the years, finding ways to provide a more seamless experience by filling the gaps between cleaning, maintenance, and engineering services. With this ‘one-stop-shop’ approach, we can then deliver speedier completion times, improved efficiency and reduced down-time for our customers.
With engineering centres across the coast, a wealth of specialist equipment and fleet of vehicles; Marlin Environmental are able to support key customers, including BAE Systems, Babcock International, Wightlink Ferries, delivering contracts to maintain Royal Navy warships, commercial ferries, cruise ships, event sites and retail stores nationwide.
What We Do
We are proud of our team of highly experienced and skilled consultants, technicians and service engineers, who provide ongoing and contingent maintenance services for marine, offshore and land-based equipment and facilities.
Marlin also operates a frontline Confined Space Rescue Team nationwide. Our inhouse health and safety team, combined with our extensive experience of working in hazardous surroundings, puts us at the forefront of safety in a marine and industrial environment so we can also provide IOSH-approved safety training.
Our Approach
Marlin has a reputation for being reliable, efficient and getting the job done. We pride ourselves on our ethos that nothing is impossible, and our focus is on delivering an exceptional service. We have developed several unique cleaning and servicing techniques, plus commissioned specialist equipment to improve our working practices and increase efficiency both for us and for our customers.
We maintain a no-nonsense, no mess policy and ensure all work is undertaken in accordance with current best practice guidelines and is certificated on completion.
The importance of quality in today’s marine and industrial markets is at the forefront of our work and we, of course, comply with the exacting quality standards BS EN ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
