NBCC offers a series of First Aid/CPR courses.NBCC campuses are located on Mi’kmaq, Wolastoq and Peskotomuhkati homelands. Since 1726 this land has been subject to treaties that are still in effect today.

Learn to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking in Adults, Children, and Infants; geared toward the workplace, families, parents, general public, and child care.
Basic one-day course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home.
The course on First Aid – Basic training in Fort St. John is a 7-hour program, including coffee and lunch breaks. In order to be successful, candidates must demonstrate practical skill competency and achieve 70% on a multiple-choice exam.Â
Alternatively, this course can be taken partially online.
Comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.
