Course Outlines
After attending the course, learners will be able to:
identify the criticality of reviewing workplace risk management actions and other legal requirements while being able to conduct programmes in connection to the WSH of the food industry
identify and implement the different kinds of investigation and inspection processes that are under WSH
infer the safety considerations to keep in mind when using automated equipment and formulate improvement factors for processes in the workplaceRecognise prevailing gapsin existing control measures
assess the gaps that are present in existing control measures and conduct appropriate actions to correct and prevent
assess and illustrate the effectivity of existing risk control measures in relation to the hierarchy of control
Learner is able to appraise themselves with being involved in the existing unsafe working practices
employ techniques on the investigation of WSH incidents and create a report of the data gathered
Entry Requirements
At least 21 years old;
At least secondary school education;
Able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL Level 5)

XpRienz Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore in 2004. We operated our own F&B establishments, and provided consultancy services in the areas of food hygiene and cafe design to schools, as well as food safety audits to food establishments.
We were one of the NEA accredited Basic Food Hygiene providers prior to Jun 2007.
In Aug 2007, we were awarded the WDA ATO status to offer the WSQ Food Hygiene Course. In 2009, XpRienz became a training and consultancy firm and a Singapore Workforce Development SPUR Approved Training Organization.
2nd S-Curve:
Our next growth cycle was around 2011 when we started to offer consultancy services to other ATOs, and in the process we acquired and set up new ATOs.
We also offered new courses in service excellence, and lifestyle courses such as baking and floristry.
By then, we were the most active food safety training provider in Singapore, and our training volume had grown 300% from the initial years.
3rd S-curve:
Our current 3rd growth curve started in 2018, when we saw the opportunities of exporting our training capabilities and offerings beyond Singapore.
We have been able to establish our centres in India and Vietnam. We also launched our Digital and Ventures programmes. We are still expanding our business in various markets.
