Zumba Fitness classes are offered by Bristol Dance Co. Whether you are a beginner looking to take your first steps on the dancefloor, or if you are already dancing and you would like to improve your technique, Bristol Dance Company is here to help.

Zumba® is a fun dance-fitness class, available throughout our Fitness & Wellbeing estate. It incorporates Latin and world styles of dance, creating a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness workout for all.
Zumba classes are offered by Timms School of Dance. Students are encouraged to develop at their own pace which helps to make them feel at ease and confident, learning a new skill whilst having lots of fun, and making lots of new friends.
A friendly environment, the Wednesday class is attended by Intermediate/advanced participants mainly, but it is open to all. Just keep in mind there is less teaching and more dancing than on the other classes!
