The Customer Service course will teach students the fundamentals of customer service, and help them to develop core competencies for providing excellent customer service. Students learn the definition of customer service,

Introduction to Medical Transcription provides students with an understanding of medical documents and how to create them. Students learn the fundamental concepts of all aspects of medical transcription.

During the course, students will develop and apply such skills as setting goals, developing job search strategies, using planning and organizing tools, maintaining records, communicating, decision making; and negotiating.

Our Business Communication and Report Writing training course introduces students to the basics of report writing in a CSW environment.
