The Process Improvement Fundamentals program focuses on the key concepts of planning and executing projects. As a participant, you will identify factors that lead to project success, and learn how to plan, analyze and manage projects.
The Property Management Training program focuses on preparing you with the intermediate knowledge for employment in the field. Over 9 weeks you will participate in hands-on training in occupational skills, computer software and employment readiness training.
