In 2023, Crossey Engineering announced the merger with Salas O’Brien, an employee-owned engineering and technology firm. With more than 2,000 employee-owners operating from locations across North America, together we provide a full range of engineering and technical consulting services for government and private sector clients.

• Facilitating discussions between all key stakeholders so that everyone comes to a common understanding of the critical design issues and timetables.
• Dedicating an experienced team to projects, including Partners and Senior Designers, to develop and apply practical and cost-effective solutions.
• Engaging design team members from project start to finish, ensuring key targets and goals identified during design are consistently achieved.
• Leveraging our expertise from previous projects by sharing knowledge amongst our project managers and fostering collaboration within the team.
• Ensuring the Project Manager is fully accessible to address any concerns efficiently.
• Ensuring the necessary resources are coordinated to meet project schedules (i.e. Fast-Track, Multiple Tenders, Pre-ordering).
