The Edmonton North Primary Care Network is made up of doctors and healthcare professionals working together to improve community health. Opening in 2007, the Edmonton North PCN is one of 40 Primary Care Networks operating in Alberta.

In this two hour class, participants will learn the health risks related to having pre-diabetes or diabetes as well as healthy lifestyle changes they can make to better manage their blood sugars.
