The French Academy of Arts and Techniques for Beauty, was established in 1992 in the Jordanian capital, Amman, in the Jabal Al Hussein area, as a private institution working in the field of training human cadres in the arts and techniques of the beauty profession for both sexes.

While in 2001, our branch was opened in Umm Uthaina, Zahran Street, between the fifth and sixth circles, with an area of ​​360 square meters, where the founder purchased the academy’s headquarters.

Also in 2005, the second branch was established with an area of ​​230 m2 also in the Jordanian capital, Amman - Shmeisani, Sharif Nasser bin Jameel Street, and our fourth branch was established in Irbid Governorate in 2019.

In 2013, a training hall was established at the main branch  of the French Academy of Beauty Arts with the latest equipment, with the aim of communicating with graduates and in addition to serving the local community and believing in the national and Arab responsibility to provide the Jordanian and Arab labor market with trained and technically and professionally qualified professional competencies in the specialties of the beauty arts profession, hairdressing (hairdresser-hairdresser), makeup, skin care, nails, eyelashes, hands and feet, and training for both sexes, and also to reduce unemployment and create real job opportunities inside and outside Jordan.

The main headquarters of the French Academy of Beauty Arts  was also opened under the patronage of former Prime Minister Mr. Abdul Karim Al-Kabariti . The academy worked to employ and create job opportunities for more than thirteen trainers in the profession’s specializations and eight people for the support staff (administrative).

Also in 2013, the Academy was licensed and its training programs were accredited by a decision from His Excellency the Minister of Labor, and also from the Employment, Training, and Vocational and Technical Education Council, in addition to the Accreditation and Quality Control Center for the Vocational and Technical Education and Training Sector.

The French Academy of Arts and Technology for Beauty is also the first to be licensed and its training programs licensed in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the beauty sector, after the issuance of the Employment, Training and Vocational and Technical Education Council Law. Moreover, paragraph (a) of Article (16) of the Accreditation and Quality Control Center System states that “No training institution in the private sector may practice vocational and technical training and education except after accrediting its training programs that are implemented in accordance with the provisions of the law ,” which is subject to quality auditing.

It also enables the trainee to obtain a professional practice license certificate issued by the Accreditation and Quality Control Center of the Jordanian Ministry of Labor legally immediately after graduating from the academy.

The Academy was also awarded a certificate of appreciation from the Accreditation Center in cooperation with the European Union for achieving international quality standards as the first training provider in Jordan to undergo quality auditing.
