First dreamed up while on a dog walk in 2015, the Galt House of Yarn was born out of a desire not to have to travel more than 40 minutes just to get some decent yarn. After much plotting and planning and 'research' trips to other yarn stores, the business got underway in earnest in March, 2017.
Always wanted to learn to knit? There's no time like the present! Join us for three 2-hour classes and learn all the basics of knitting: cast on, cast off, knit, purl, ribbing and decreasing. By the end of the class, you'll have knit your very own hat.
