HQ Beauty Care

My name is Hailan Quan Kootnekoff. I am the founder and owner of HQ Beauty Care. HQ Beauty Care was founded in 2012. I have worked in the beauty industry since 2004. HQ Beauty Care offers Full Lash Services, Classic, Volume, Mega Volume Lash Lifting and Tinting as well as Lash training.

We also offer Semi-Permanent Makeup for Brows, and Eyeliner, Lip Liner and Full Lip Blush as well as Tattoo Removal and Skin Rejuvenation services. All services are backed by certifications, Insurance and approval by Alberta Health Services for both Mt Mckenzie and Seton locations.

I truly believe in giving each client that walks through our door the personal respect, care and attention that they deserve. Unfortunately for many businesses "customer service" is a thing of the past. I have been trained to provide my clients with the care and attention that keeps them coming back and referring others.
