About Us 

• At Icha Tea, we believe in the importance of cherishing each moment and every encounter, which is why we have incorporated this philosophy into our brand name.
• We want to create a space where people can come together, enjoy a cup of tea, and make meaningful connections with one another, all while savoring the unique taste and aroma of our premium teas.
• Established in 2016 by Xing Su and Sijian Chen, Icha Tea was born out of the desire to provide traditional tea/Gongfu tea in Toronto.
• In 2017, the physical location was launched, making it one of the small businesses in Toronto Chinatown.
• Our goal at Icha Tea is to offer the younger generation in North America with natural and high-quality pure-leaf tea, and we believe that this can help bridge the gap between Eastern and Western cultures.
• We source our tea from various tea plantations and manufacturers across China.
• To ensure that the premium tea we serve is of the highest quality, our team travels to different regions where various types of tea originate.
• We thoroughly screen and taste the finest teas with the assistance of tea masters, so that our customers can indulge in a truly authentic and enjoyable tea experience.
