Vital Spark was created as part of my natural transition through education, career, parenting, business ownership and addiction to recovery. Vital Spark has come from my desire to simply enhance my own life while benefiting other addicts, my community and the world.

There is a beautiful balance between science, human spirit and positive psychology that I continue to develop an understanding of, to inspire people to change perspective and outlook allowing balanced living.

Working toward a simpler life and avoiding negative patterns is a journey I wish to share with others.

As I study to maintain my focus and deepen my spirituality, I strive to contribute value to the relationships with the clients I support, while learning from being a part of their journey.
