In 2014, founder Mona El Banna built a professional team and kitchen to cater lifestyle classes for amateur chefs, foodies, and home cooks. Since then, MonAppetit offers a vast array of cooking classes given by world class chefs.

In 2016 we introduced advanced classes for professional chefs.  Our academy offers programs in: bakery, pastry, hot kitchen, and hotels & restaurants operation management programs in Egypt.  

Standards

  • MonAppetit classes are developed to teach classic culinary techniques, demonstrate proper technique and skills, encourage creativity in the kitchen, and cover all areas necessary to certify that our students are thoroughly equipped to work in the industry
